About Us

Our president, Ricky Jarrell, holds a CAD certification from Elkins Institute in architectural design, which allows him to create a design for approval before beginning the construction and/or remodeling project. Ricky is also a Home Depot referred contractor with 42 years of experience in construction. Overall, Ricky strives to help the community of Corsicana by offering affordable custom home construction. 

SFTM CUSTOM HOMES aims to improve the community by revamping neighborhoods, refining vacant houses, as well as offering affordable housing to lower-income families.
